orking principle


The motor drives the drum to rotate at a high speed around the main shaft through the clutch helical gear pair. The feed liquid flows from the upper central feeding pipe to the bottom of the drum and flows out to the drum wall space through the lower edge of the disc seat. Under the centrifugal force field, the solid particles with a large proportion in the feed liquid sink to the drum wall and can be discharged through the slag outlet under the control of the sliding drum. After the liquid phase is fully settled by the disc, it moves to the center and is discharged out of the machine by the centripetal pump.

Main purpose

It is mainly used for liquid-solid separation where the solid content is between 1-5% and the solid particle diameter is greater than 0.5 μ M. For example, the separation and clarification of oils: vegetable oil, animal oil, fish oil, crude oil, various fuel oils and lubricating oils, and the clarification of dairy products; Food: fruit juice clarification, beer separation, separation and clarification of fermentation broth in fermented brewing products; Pharmacy: extraction of vaccines, mycelium, glucose, insulin, antibiotics and vitamins. Chemical industry: solvent of dry cleaning agent, zinc plating solution, aluminum sulfate solution, tar water mixture, PVC, polypropylene, polyethylene, silver (in film processing) and recovery of catalyst and magnet ore; Traditional Chinese medicine: separation and clarification of plant extracts.  

Main features

♦ Small size, easy for workers to operate and occupy less workshop space.
♦ The motor has low power and consumes less electric energy.
♦ Centripetal pump structure is adopted at the outlet of the separator, and the discharged liquid phase can be directly transmitted to the downstream equipment.
♦ There are two kinds of slag discharge modes, which can be automatically controlled by PLC or manually controlled.
♦ Special structure is adopted in the drum, with large processing capacity and good clarification effect.

Scope of application:

 Dairy separator: used for skimming or clarifying milk (removing solid impurities).
♦ The structure includes: the small separator is driven by hand and slags are discharged manually, which is suitable for farmers and herdsmen in pastoral areas;
♦ The large-scale separator is used in industrial production and driven by electricity. The slagging mode is manual slagging or ring valve slagging.
♦ Mineral oil separator: used to remove moisture and mechanical impurities from mineral oils such as fuel oil, diesel oil, lubricating oil and transformer oil, and to separate similar emulsions.
♦ Vegetable oil separator: used for processing and refining vegetable oil.
♦ Animal oil separator: used for refining animal oil in meat processing, or for concentrating and separating fish oil in aquatic processing.
♦ Yeast separator; It is used to concentrate yeast and discharge slag through nozzle.
♦ Starch separator: used for removing protein from starch, concentrating starch and discharging slag through nozzle.
♦ Lanolin separator: used in wool spinning industry to extract lanolin from wool washing water and discharge slag through nozzle.
♦ Disc separator for pharmaceutical use: it is used for extracting antibiotics, vitamins, etc. in the pharmaceutical industry. It is also suitable for the separation of liquid liquid solid three-phase mixtures in pharmaceutical and chemical production.
